I purchased a vaporizer for my boyfriend's birthday. I paid with cash and was told they don't provide a receipt on cash transactions and if something should go wrong with my merchandise I can contact the manufacturer directly. Well, after 4 months our product failed to work any longer and ioLite would not replace it without a sales receipt. I was angry at first but I understand both sides so be aware, if ever purchase something more expensive, you might wanna be persistent demanding a receipt. They have the ability and will provide one if needed. Anyhow... my boyfriend called them up yesterday and Erica, the manager couldn't be more nicer and sympathetic about our issue. She assured us she will discuss it with the owner and get back with us which sure enough she did the very next day and gave us a receipt without any hesitation. I was stunned how smooth she handled the situation. I definitely recommend stopping by the cozy, friendly smoke shop! Convenient and inexpensive JUST REMEMBER!!! ASK/DEMAND FOR A RECEIPT if you think you might need one later :)
