Over priced and bad cut

I'm not happy; I was expecting a fabulous quality cut for the money. I have to use all kinds of product to get it to look nice (totally unprofessional cuts). A good haircut is when you can wash it and it falls into place without putting all kinds of chemicals (product) in it. The following day my hair looked disgusting. I had to wash it and restyle it with more unnatural product that the shop sold me and from Sally's Salon (way over priced). Next time I will go somewhere else. This shop was very invasive asking too many questions about my private business with my fiancee. My advice is to seek a professional shop.
